- The operating building serves to accommodate the operating stand of the wash control system
- Inclusion of cleaning agent storage, poqwe supply and measurement and control technology
- Construction of an interior cleaning system
- The interior cleaning system consists of a platform (L/W = 400.00/14.00 m)
- It is used for refilling fresh water, disposal of waste water, maintenance, repairs
- Construction of a technical building
- The technical building (L/W = 45.00/11.50 m) is operationally connected with the interior cleaning system
- The technical building includes storage rooms for operating materials and social rooms for the staff
- Offices for the local administration

Special features
- The location of the stabling station is largely determined by the concept of a ring traffic system

Utilization
- The operational advantage is that trains terminating in and departing from Stuttgart can be routed through the maintenance and stabling station and back to the through station without changing direction.
