Special features
  • Special requirements in construction logistics due to the simultaneous realization of the neighbouring large projects (Daimler-City SONY- Center, and others)
  • Partly undercutting the DaimlerChrysler tower block

  • Railway station for the regional and intercity service of the new north-south axis of Berlin
  • Underground pedestrian connection of the new residential and commercial centres at Potsdamer Platz with existing intracity railway station and the underground line U3

  • Backlighting for steel-glass projections and support panelling
  • 28 escalators and 5 lifts
